We provide professional solutions for the preparation and organisation of congresses, conferences and social events for professional scientific societies, private and corporate entities but also for government institutions.
We develop various models of cooperation depending on the type and nature of the project. According to the scope of services we provide, these are most often either a complete turnkey preparation in the PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) format, or selected services in the DMC (Destination Management Company) format.

BID CASE STUDY
During 2020 and 2021, we assisted Portuguese Association for General Practice and WONCA Europe (European Association for General Practice)
with bid for hosting the WONCA World Conference in Lisbon, Portugal in 2025.

The candidacy was effected by the covid pandemics. The decision was originally to be made during the WONCA World Conference
planned for 2020 to Abu Dhabi. At the end, the conference was postponed and organized as virtual event.
Instead of standard presentation in front of the WONCA World Council, the only presentation was 10 minute video, where we were
supposed to describe the bid and destination in general.

Besides that, we have prepared email campaign to contact and persuade Council members.

On top of that, we organize active lobbying and build our arguments to generate as many votes as possible.
We have predicted that in case we collect majority of votes from Europe and Latin America, the victory would be very likely.
At the end, the initiative and bid were successful and the Lisbon bid beat the Cape Town.
PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION
In case of cooperation with clients on the bids we may highlight the following aspects and principles:
Core PCO services usually involve the organisation of a series of three to five congresses for a given international association.
Long-term cooperation brings the knowledge of specific client requirements and allows us to organise conferences more efficiently with tailor-made solutions, regardless of the chosen destination.
Consistency, continuity and efficiency are key attributes of the Core PCO services provided by our company, and they also increase the value of the client’s event in the eyes of the participants, the community and other strategic partners.
