At GUARANT International, the annual kick off meeting is already a tradition. This year, more than 60 employees gathered at our venue, the City Conference Center. The morning program was made up of presentations by partners and individual departments. Heads of departments presented to other colleagues the set priorities, economic goals and their effective solutions for the year 2023. An attractive feature was the introduction of the presenters to selected jingles from films to the applause of their colleagues.

The afternoon part was devoted to practical workshops and brainstorming. The first two parallel workshops were devoted to business opportunities and mixed with vision. This was followed by a joint workshop for the entire company led by an external agency on the topic of Corporate culture. The employees were divided into smaller work groups, where they exchanged ideas together and prepared an output for their team. The individual groups then presented the results to other colleagues.

From this year’s kick off meeting, we take away a positive mood, enthusiasm and especially motivation for this year’s congress season, which will be organizationally very demanding for us, especially in the spring.
