Veterinary medicine had a spectacular time at the Prague Congress Centre during the 32nd annual conference of the Czech Association of Small Animal Veterinarians (CSAVA).
The event, which brought together hundreds of professionals from the Czech Republic and a smaller number of participants from Europe, brought unforgettable experiences, valuable discussions and inspiring lectures.

The conference started already during the pre-conference day, which was dedicated to a specialised thematic session: Oncology Stream. This topic offered a detailed look at advanced diagnostic methods, cancer treatment and laboratory diagnostics, which contributed to the professional growth of the participants.
The conference programme was divided into specialised sections focused on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of animal diseases. It also included a workshop on the basics of haematology and cytology of effusions, which provided practical experience and the opportunity to improve clinical skills.

The event welcomed experts mainly from practice, but also from renowned universities and research centres. Their lectures impressed not only with their professional content but also with practical recommendations for everyday clinical practice. Among the keynote speakers were renowned veterinarians, scientists and representatives of pharmaceutical companies.

The conference included a social evening at the PHENOMEN Music Bar, which combines a club environment and fine dining and allowed the participants to get to know each other in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Discussions thus continued outside the lecture halls, which contributed to the establishment of new professional contacts and potential international cooperation.
