Introduction:
From October 2 to 4, 2025, Hradec Králové became the hub of the vaccinology community. The Hradec Vaccinology Days attracted experts from across the Czech Republic and abroad who came together to share their experiences, insights, and innovations in the field of vaccination. This year’s edition offered a series of discussions, workshops, and inspiring meetings supporting the advancement of immunization practice.

Main Section:
The three-day professional program included satellite symposia organized by Sanofi, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and Pfizer. Participants learned about the latest developments in vaccination against RSV, pneumococcal infections, IMO, tick-borne encephalitis, and COVID-19, and exchanged experiences from both pediatric and adult practice. The program also featured personal stories from parents and professionals, offering an authentic perspective on the real-life impact of vaccination. A highlight of the event was the ceremonial launch of the book Vaccination of Children, a commented poster session, and discussions on vaccine strategy development, historical milestones, and current challenges in Czech and Slovak immunization.

Cultural and Social Dimension:
The Hradec Vaccinology Days 2025 also offered a rich social program. The opening meeting of professionals at the EA Congress Hotel Aldis provided space for the first informal discussions. Friday afternoon was enriched by the Congress Run through the streets of Hradec Králové, a guided tour of the White Tower, and an organ concert at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. The highlight was the annual congress evening held at Karlova Koruna Chateau in Chlumec nad Cidlinou, where participants enjoyed live music by Gurmania Band, a festive banquet, and networking in a friendly atmosphere.

Conclusion:
The Hradec Vaccinology Days 2025 confirmed that Hradec Králové truly deserves its title as the cradle of Czech vaccinology. The gathering of experts, physicians, and researchers brought valuable insights, inspiration, and new impulses for the further development of immunization practice and for strengthening public trust in vaccination.
